To begin making the Quinoa Foxtail Millet Rice, wash both the quinoa and foxtail millet in a strainers, so it becomes easy. Place the washed quinoa and foxtail millet into a pressure cooker, add 3 cups of water and cover the cooker.
Cook on medium heat until you hear 2 whistles. After 2 whistles turn the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
Once done, turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally. Take about 15 minutes before you can open the cooker.
