- 2 tablespoons instant cooking raw oats
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 cups milk
- 1 large banana
- 3 soaked almonds
- 3 soaked dates
- chopped chocolate for garnish

To begin making the Cocoa Banana Almond Date Smoothie, blend all the ingredients in a blender adding 1/2 a cup of milk first. Allow it to become a smooth puree. Once blended smooth, add in the remaining milk and serve immediately.
