To begin making the Lauki Raita Recipe , get all the ingredients ready.
In a large mixing bowl, add the grated lauki, cucumber, yogurt, green chillies, salt, cumin and coriander. Stir all the ingredients well. Check the salt and spice levels and adjust to suit your taste.
Transfer the Lauki Raita into a serving bowl and serve chilled.
