Sunday

Stock your fridge with idli/dosa batter and chopped veggies to make Vegetable Ragi & Oats Uttapam Recipe on Monday and also make sure you keep the tomato chutney already prepared in the fridge to ease your work in the morning. Make whole wheat murukku and stock in the air tight container so that you can use it during the week for school snacks or for after school snacks. To make savoury carrot and coriander pancakes quickly in the morning you can keep all the vegetables cleaned, grated and chopped. Also, have buttermilk in the fridge. Make the tomato garlic chutney and keep ready in the fridge to quickly pack. Stock palak/ spinach in the fridge. Make Ragi snacks during the weekend for easy healthy snacks.

Make the spinach and corn sandwich stuffing ready and refrigerated or have spinach and corn ready to make it in the morning. Make dates, chocolate and nuts balls during weekend and store.
