Every day meal plans are a daunting task to do all by yourself, since you have many other tasks in the day, especially on weekdays. Weekends would be more blessed than weekdays because we have time to think and organize. It would be great if there is an early plan laid out for the week ahead such that we know clearly of what to shop and how much to shop for the week. Also, we understand the ease of making the recipes that could either be carry forward through transformation or packing it for lunch, or cooking with the same ingredients for the next day. Considering this, we are back again with the weeknight dinner recipe ideas that could be of help. This menu for weeknights have a blending mix of cuisines across India & the World (Especially for Friday nights) which help in wholesome nutrition for the nights.

We understand that the only peaceful time when you retrospect your fruitful day is at night. It would be lovely if less time goes into planning and preparing the dinners. This week, try Corn Pulao Recipe, Capsicum Masala Gravy, tawa paratha, Pumpkin Raita Recipe, Murg Anardana Recipe (Pomegranate Chicken In Yogurt Gravy), Lau Er Kofta Curry Recipe (Bengali Style Doodhi Dumplings In Tomato Based Gravy), and more. This Monday, make a nutrient rich chole masala that comes along with capsicum to pair with chapatis. You can also make a simple corn pulao and side it with a yogurt and pumpkins by making a pumpkin raita.

Dinner - Methi, Mooli Makkai Paratha with Sarson Ka Saag

Prepare sarson ka saag which is made of mustard greens. Pair it along with a delicious flatbread like Methi, mooli and makkai paratha made with corn, spinach and radish. End your meals with chaach with onions and curry leaves to keep your body cool.

Dinner - Pudina Tawa Paratha With Murg Anardana or Lur Er Kofta

You can prepare chicken in yogurt based gravy called as Murg anardana with is high protein non vegetarian dish. Or for a vegetarian alternative, you can make Lau Er Kofta curry for side dish. You can include an Indian salad like kachumber salad as well to complete the meal plate.

Dinner - Phulka & Rice With BiBya Usal & Molagooshyam

Make a mixed vegetable curry called as Mulakushyam/Molagooshyam and pair it with steamed rice. Make airy and soft Phulkas and prepare Bibya Usal recipe which is a Kawar style sabzi done with cashewnuts as main ingredient.

Dinner - Szechuan Style Vegetables and Hakka Noodles

Make your Friday delightful with an exotic but easy to prepare dishes like Sweet and Spicy Szechuan style veggies in ginger garlic sauce. Make hakka noodles as a main course along with it and end your meals with toffee banana recipe which is a Chinese favourite and quick dessert.
