  • 1 Bok Choy , sliced big
  • 1 cup Cabbage (Patta Gobi/ Muttaikose) , thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Button mushrooms , cut into quarters
  • 1 Lotus Stem , thinly sliced
  • 5 cloves Garlic , sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli sauce
  • Salt , to taste
  • Oil , for cooking
  • 2 sprig Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) , chopped
