Mango Pie Recipe is a no cook, no bake vegetarian healthy Mango dessert for summer. It is a simple, quick and easy to make dish. This recipe is made without heavy cream cheese or Gelatine. This recipe has used Jelly which is a plant based instead of Gelatine which is an animal extract.  It take less than 30 min to prepare. But one has to wait only till the jelly sets which is like 5 mins, however a chilled pie taste way better. Hence it is recommended to leave it in fridge for atleast 2 hrs to chill before serving. This dish is dedicated to my Mother who can eat only small portions of any dessert because of diabetes. You can use artificial sweetener in the dessert, but keep in mind that the jello pack also contains sugar and hence can be served to diabetics in small portion only, like I did.
