  • 1 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds) , roasted and powdered
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds (Rai/ Kadugu)
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
  • Salt , to taste
