To begin making Stir Fried Brown Rice and Wild Rice Topped With Honey Glazed Tofu Recipe, boil the brown rice and wild rice separately in a pressure cooker for 5 whistle. Once done, let it cool till all the pressure is released naturally.
The wild rice will remain little crunchy. Strain both the rice and spread it on a tray.
Heat the wok with little oil and toast the tofu till it turns light brown, then later add the ingredients for tofu sauce (Soy sauce, honey, red chilli sauce and salt) and coat it evenly. Keep it aside.
