Waldorf Salad Recipe is a most common salad that consist of apples, grapes, celery and walnuts which are dressed in mayonnaise and then served over a bed of lettuce. At Archana’s kitchen we always try to think of adding a healthy twist to the recipes to keep it nutritious. So we have decided to make salad that consist of same ingredients but the dressing has been made healthy by adding fresh yogurt and lowfat cream. This will still keep the salad rich and creamy.

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cream , lot fat
  • Salt and Pepper , to taste

  2. Add cream and yogurt in, sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix well till everything is well coated.
