Ingredients

  • 200 grams Strawberries , (fresh or frozen)
  • 200 grams Sugar , (adjustable)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions for Fresh Strawberry Jam Recipe

  1. To begin making the Fresh Strawberry Jam recipe, take a big bowl and crush (Or coarsely food process) strawberries nicely.

  2. Now in a heavy bottomed pan, mix all ingredients together, the crushed strawberries, sugar and lemon juice.

  3. On low heat cook it until the sugar is dissolved completely.

  4. Now increase heat to medium high and boil the mixture about 8 to 9 minutes.

  5. Now turn off the heat and transfer this mixture to sterile jar. Let it cool to room temperature. And then you can eat it with bread or as your choice.

  6. (To store jam refrigerate it and seal jar) like this way the jam stays good for until 2 to 3 months.
