Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spring Onion Greens , roughly chopped
  • 1 Mango (Raw) , roughly chopped
  • 2 Dry Red Chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt , as needed

How to make Raw Mango And Spring Onion Chutney Recipe

  1. To begin making the Raw Mango and Spring Onion Chutney, firstly cut and wash spring onion leaves in a mixer grinder jar.

  2. Add raw mango pieces, whole red chilies, cumin and sugar. Now add a little water and grind them all together to make a thick chutney. 

  3. Add oil and blend again for few seconds . Adjust salt according to your taste.
