To begin making the Raw Mango and Spring Onion Chutney, firstly cut and wash spring onion leaves in a mixer grinder jar.
Add raw mango pieces, whole red chilies, cumin and sugar. Now add a little water and grind them all together to make a thick chutney.
Add oil and blend again for few seconds . Adjust salt according to your taste.
