  • 1 Pack Archana's Kitchen Vanilla Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup Milk , 240 ml approx
  • 1 tablespoon Oil , sunflower preferred or soft butter
  • Honey , for topping
  • Mixed nuts , for topping
  • Ripe Bananas , for topping

How to make Millet Vanilla Pancake Topped With Banana Made Using Zero Maida Archana's Kitchen Vanilla Pancake Mix

  1. To begin make a millet chocolate pancake using Archana's Kitchen Vanilla Pancake Mix, first prep all the ingredients and keep them ready.

  2. Into a mixing bowl, add the pancake mix, the oil/ butter and milk. Combine well to make a smooth batter with no lumps.

  3. To make in a tawa, heat a non stick tawa/ skillet over medium heat. Grease it with a little oil. Pour a ladleful of batter on the pan.

  4. The batter will spread on its own and form a circular shape - approximately 3 inches.

  5. Cook on medium heat until the top looks steamed and begins to get air pockets.

  6. At this stage, flip over and cook for less than a minute or until done and has a light golden brown colour on both sides.

  7. To make in a paniyaram pan, heat a paniyaram pan over medium heat. Drizzle some oil into the cavities.

  8. Spoon a small ladleful of batter into the cavities. Keep the heat on low and cover the pan. Once you notice the top getting cooked, open the lip and flip the pancakes to cook on the other side.

  9. It will get done in less than a minute, once cooked on both sides, remove the chocolate pancake from pan and serve!
