To begin making the Creamy Spinach Dip Made with Cheesy Garlic Mayo, first chop the spinach fine and keep the remaining ingredients ready on the cooking counter. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Heat a teaspoon olive oil in a frying pan. Add the spinach, sprinkle just a little salt and saute until the spinach wilts down and cooks through completely.
Once the spinach has cooked through, transfer it to a mixing bowl and allow it to cool just a bit. Stir in the
