Sunday

Stock your fridge with idli/dosa batter and chopped veggies to make Vegetable Ragi & Oats Uttapam Recipe on Monday and also make sure you keep the tomato chutney already prepared in the fridge to ease your work in the morning. Make whole wheat murukku and stock in the air tight container so that you can use it during the week for school snacks or for after school snacks. For Healthy Paratha Rolls Recipe make sure the vegetables (carrot, bell pepper, beans, cabbage, onion) are chopped as required , you can also keep the filling ready instead of making it in the morning. All you have to do is make tawa paratha, fill it with stuffing and pack. Have some curd and fruits ready in the fridge.

Clean the spinach and stock it in your fridge, Chop other vegetables that are onion, boiled and mashed potatoes and grated garlic ready in the fridge for morning or you can also make the balls and keep it in your fridge. For pav bhaji, make the bhaji and keep or you can keep all the vegetables chopped and cooked to make the bhaji in the morning. Stock your fridge with pav, lemon slices. Make choco Badam burfi in the weekend and keep in airtight container for the week. Also have curd and grated carrot for curd rice.

Tuesday

To make savoury carrot and coriander pancakes quickly in the morning you can keep all the vegetables cleaned, grated and chopped. Also, have buttermilk in the fridge. Make the tomato garlic chutney and keep ready in the fridge to quickly pack. Stock palak/ spinach in the fridge. Make Ragi snacks during the weekend for easy healthy snacks.

Wednesday

Make the spinach and corn sandwich stuffing ready and refrigerated or have spinach and corn ready to make it in the morning. Make dates, chocolate and nuts balls during weekend and store. Stock your fridge with the french loaf, make the moong tapenade and keep it in the fridge so you can quickly toast the bread and pack. Keep the methi muthiya dough ready for making dumplings in the morning. Keep green chutneyin your fridge.

Thursday

Chop nuts and stock them. Prepare the rava, oats dhokla batter ready in the fridge, also make green chutney and stock in the fridge. Make sure you have lemon for lemon rice.
