Sunday

Make healthy muffin and keep it in airtight container to use for the week for snacks. Chop fruits and refrigerate. Sprout the moong, urad and chickpeas during the weekend and make a ground paste of it with spices and idli, dosa batter and refrigerate, all you have to do in the morning is make dosa and pack the lunch box filled with nutrition. Tomato chutney can be prepared and kept in fridge to use.

Monday

For quick masala French toast stock your fridge with eggs and bread. Have cookies ready in the weekend for snacks. Soak and make the rajma masala with spices and aloo stuffing ready to use in the morning, it is easy to assemble everything and pack in the morning. Keep the tomato and basil masala ready so that you can cook with rice and pack with raita. Make Chocolate Crinkle Cookies during the weekend and store it in airtight.

Tuesday

Keep wheat batter ready to make godhumai idli. Make tomato chutney and refrigerate to use it to pack the lunch box.Chop veggies that is tomato, onion, beans and carrot and ground masala in the fridge, you can also keep the cooked pasta or you can boil it in the morning and pack. Stock your fridge with fruits for morning.

Wednesday

Make sure you have rice flour, keep the vegetable masala paste ready so that you can quickly mix the rice flour into the warm water and start making the Akki roti. Keep the coconut chutney ready to be packed for the morning. Have multigrain Atta ready for crepes, make a batter with spices and spring onion and refrigerate to quickly spread on tawa and start making the crepes to pack to lunch box. Make the masala gravy and also chop the capsicum ready in the fridge.

Thursday

Make batter for whole wheat sweet banana dosa to quickly make the dosa in the morning. Have spinach cleaned and pureed as in the recipe ready in the fridge. Stock your fridge with tofu and curd for raita. Make muffins in the weekend and use during the week for snack and after school snacks.
