Sprout the moong, urad and chickpeas during the weekend and make a ground paste of it with spices and idli, dosa batter and refrigerate, all you have to do in the morning is make dosa and pack the lunch box filled with nutrition. Tomato chutney can be prepared and kept in fridge to use.


For quick masala French toast stock your fridge with eggs and bread. Have cookies ready in the weekend for snacks. Soak and make the rajma masala with spices and aloo stuffing ready to use in the morning, it is easy to assemble everything and pack in the morning. Keep the tomato and basil masala ready so that you can cook with rice and pack with raita. Make Chocolate Crinkle Cookies during the weekend and store it in airtight.


Keep wheat batter ready to make godhumai idli.
