Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Nutralite Garlic & Oregano Spread
  • 4 Whole Wheat Brown Bread
  • 200 grams Button mushrooms , sliced
  • 1 Onion , finely chopped
  • 4-5 Spring Onion Greens , finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger , finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Achari Mayo

  1. To begin making the Spicy and Creamy Achari Mushroom Open Toast Recipe, keep the ingredients prepped and ready.

  2. Warm a teaspoon of Nutralite Garlic and Oregano Spread in a pan and add the finely chopped onions, ginger and garlic and sauté for a minute till they are lightly browned.

  3. Stir in the mushrooms and spring onions and saute until the mushrooms get lightly cooked and ensure it has not released too much water.
