Crispy Chicken Recipe is a lip smacking chicken appetizer. The chicken is marinated in array of spices and then coated in vermicelli. 

This chocken strips are then deep fried and served hot with a dip as an appetizer. 

You can serve them at your house parties as a starter with chilled beer.

Serve Crispy Chicken along with Peanut Chilli Dipping Sauce, Tomato Garlic Chutney or any other dip of your choice.

  • 1 Chicken breasts , skinless
  • Cooking oil , as required, for frying
  • Rice Vermicelli Noodles (Thin) , as required, for coating
  • For marination
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce (Sichuan Sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Whole Egg , beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt , as per need
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tandoori masala
  • 1 teaspoon White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Bread crumbs

How to make Crispy Chicken Recipe

  1. To begin making the Crispy Chicken recipe, wash and cut chicken into strips and keep aside.

  2. To marinate the chicken, in a mixing bowl, combine the chicken along with the  tomato ketchup, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, egg, black pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tandoori masala powder, white vinegar and bread crumbs

  3. Mix everything well and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

  4. Cook the vermicelli as per packet instructions.Drain them. Apply little oil to vermicelli and keep aside.

  5. Heat oil in a skillet. Coat individual chicken strips with cooked vermicelli.

  6. Deep fry the chicken strips once the oil is hot. Fry until the chicken attains a lovely brown colour. Once the chicken and noodles are cooked drain them on paper towel.

  7. Serve Crispy Chicken along with Peanut Chilli Dipping SauceTomato Garlic Chutney or any other dip of your choice.
