Sometimes all you need is a simple and comforting food that can lift mood high for your morning Breakfast. This week we have created a simple aloo stuffed Paratha that is a favourite among most of the North Indian. Aloo paratha is a staple food in punjab. The cuisine is famous for its richness packed with flavors in the dish that they create. Every dish that they prepare has a touch of buttery flavour which completes the dish. 

In today's breakfast plate we have added a spicy Aloo stuffed paratha with a dollop of butter on top. The stuffed paratha is accompanied with a fresh carrot and sprouted green moong salad to add a healthy element to your everyday diet. The sauteed spinach raita is then added to the meal that makes it complete and so refreshing as you take every bite of the paratha.
