To begin with Eggless Whole Wheat And Custard Powder Coconut Cookies, sieve the dry ingredients which include whole wheat flour, custard powder, salt, baking soda and baking powder. To this add desiccated coconut and mix well.
Add the powdered brown sugar, oil and vanilla essence and bring it to a smooth dough. Don’t knead the mixture.
