  • 2 tablespoon Instant Coffee Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • Milk , as required 
  • Cocoa Powder , a pinch to garnish

How to make Punjabi Style Espresso Coffee Recipe

  1. To begin making the Espresso Coffee recipe, In a large mug add in Instant coffee Powder, Sugar and Water. Start beating vigorously.

  2. Continue beating this will take time. The more you beat it, the more coffee will taste better. After some 15 minutes or so the coffee mixture will start to turn pale brown in colour. Beat well till the creamy consistency is reached. 

  3. Now boil milk and add in the required milk to the coffee mixture mix it and garnish it with cocoa powder. Creamy espresso coffee is now ready to be served.

  4. Serve Espresso Coffee along with Atta Biscuit during your coffee break.
