  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Figaro Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt , to taste
  • Whole Black Peppercorns , crushed
