To begin making Lemon Rosemary Sauce Baked Penne Pasta Recipe,boil 500 ml of water in a sauce pot, add a pinch of salt and pasta also and boil it for 10-12 minutes.
Cook the pasta until it is Al-Dente (Just Cooked). Once the pasta has finished cooking, drain in a colander and wash it under a running water and drizzle some olive oil and toss it well.
Next melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic, butter, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently until the garlic is golden brown.
Next, you have to add the fresh lemon juice, rosemary and lemon zest. Stir well and remove from heat. Now add pasta to the skillet and toss well to coat evenly.
