    1/2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)

    1 tablespoon Prunes, chopped

    We begin making the Muesli Chia Seed and Dry Fruit Jar Recipe by soaking the chia seeds in 1/4 cup of water water for 10 minutes and then mix it along with yogurt and tablespoon of honey and cinnamon powder. Keep it in the refrigerator to set.
