Sunday

Make sure you have prepared the Dosa batter with soaking rice and poha overnight in buttermilk and beetroot juice for the Beetroot loni sponge dosa. Make the coconut chutney and refrigerate. Monday

To make Healthy oats waffles quickly in the morning keep the waffle batter ready in the fridge. Stock with fresh seasonal fruits during the weekend. Chop the carrots, clean Methi leaves and keep for the sabzi. Do stock your fridge with fresh seasonal fruits.

Wednesday

Prepare the Khaman dhokla batter and refrigerate, also make sure you add the fruit salt only when you make the dhoklas in the morning. Make dhaniya pudina chutney and sweet dates chutney and refrigerate. Make sure you have mushrooms, clean them and keep in the fridge with other chopped ingredients to save time in the morning. Also stock with curd and pomegranate deseeded. Also make Peanut butter and chocolate oatmeal bars for quick healthy snacks.

Thursday

Make the baked Potato-Spaghetti roll mix and keep it in the fridge. Also make the Roasted tomato sauce and refrigerate. Also make sure you make homemade snacks like carrot rava laddoo and store it, to quickly serve the kids when hungry. Make the Ghavan batter, Tomato Garlic Chutney and refrigerate. Also stock with curd and cook rice and keep so that all you have to do in the morning is season the curd rice and pack.
