Sunday

Soak Green moong dal, urad dal and fenugreek seeds and make batter and leave for fermenting so that you can make the idli’s quickly in the morning. Also make Tomato Onion Chutney and keep in the fridge. Also make Chocolate chip cookies with coconut in the weekend and store in airtight container to pack them into Kids snack box. Clean and chop vegetables and keep it in fridge to make sabzi in the morning. Make the roti dough and refrigerate if you have no time in the morning. Stock fridge with curd and fresh fruits.

Monday

 Chop all the veggies and keep the ingredients ready for the Crunchy ginger capsicum rice, you can also cook the basmati rice and keep as it is easy to sauté the veggies and rice in the morning. Make the tomato cucumber raita and stock it in the fridge. Make the easy Classic banana walnut steamed bread and store it in the airtight in fridge so that you can serve it into snack box or as after school snack whenever required. Make the beetroot loni dosa batter and keep refrigerated with dosa batter, beetroot, poha and other required ingredients. Also make the south Indian style coconut chutney and refrigerate.

Tuesday

 Stock with hot dog breads and also make the mixed vegetable filling and refrigerate, all you have to do in the morning is assemble the bread and stuffing and roast. Make French madeleine in the weekend. Clean and chop spinach. Stock with sweet corn, make the grounded paste required and also keep the other ingredients ready. Clean and chop vegetables, stock with lemon grass, coconut milk so that you can quickly make the rice. Make Eggless Boston Cream Cupcake during the weekend and pack them quickly into kids lunch box.

Wednesday

 Make the dough and the stuffing for the Pizza pin wheels, you can also make the rolls and refrigerate and bake them in the morning, Saute the puffed rice with oil, curry leaves and other spices and store it in air tight to keep it crispy and use them whenever required. Chop the veggies and mix them and pack in the morning. Make the matar masala gravy and boil the green peas and refrigerate, all you have to do in the morning is just add the green peas, cashew milk and garam masala into the gravy and cook for some time and pack. Make Eggless sugarless oats and nuts cookies during the weekend and store them in airtight to pack them into Kids Snack box.

Thursday

 Make the Khaman dhokla batter except fruit salt and sodium bi carbonate and keep it in the fridge, add the two in the morning and mix quickly and steam the dhoklas and season to pack them with green chutney. Make four tortillas, prepare the stuffing and keep it in the fridge along with Greek yogurt assemble them in the morning. So quickly add two pieces of dhokla, a tortilla stuffed wrap and pack. For the Mixed vegetable paratha make the stuffing and refrigerate and make hot parathas in the morning. Also stock with curd and pickle, fresh fruits.
