To begin making the North Indian Style Green Raw Papaya Curry Recipe, we heat up the pressure cooker with oil.
Add fennel seeds and allow it to crackle. Add ginger and garlic and saute until it softens.
Add onions and saute them till they turn translucent. You can add chopped tomatoes and sprinkle little salt and keep sautéing until the tomatoes become mushy.
Add all the reaming spice powders and give it a stir. Finally add chopped green papaya, salt and about 1 cup of water, give one last stir. Close it with the lid.
Pressure cook for at least 3 whistle and turn it off. Allow the pressure to release naturally and open the lid, add coriander leaves and give it a stir and serve hot.
