Monday

Grind the dry fruits for the paratha and keep the dough ready - this will help you make fresh parathas the next morning.

Chop spinach and have some cooked rice ready the precious day. 

Tuesday Have some corn, spinach ready and also the dough for the calzones ready. Making the calzones can be done in a jiffy.
Wednesday Have some idli batter to make the mini idlis, or you can make the idlis the previous day and toss to make the upma fresh.
Thursday Have some cauliflower florets washed and ready and also the tomato puree for the mousallam. Make the mousallam will be quick. 
Friday Prepare the thepla dough the previous day. And the vegetables prepped for the pasta the previous day.
