To begin with Homemade Baked Donuts, preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius and grease the donut pan.
In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Set it aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt and sugar. Once done, add milk, oil, and vanilla essence. Mix properly until everything is combined well. Gently stir in the flour mixture, whisking until there are no lumps.
