How to make Mexican Vegetable Nachos Recipe
To begin with the Mexican Vegetable Nachos Recipe, first, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a round baking tray with non-stick spray.
Spread Tortilla chips on the baking tray. On top of the tortilla chips, spread cheese evenly on the chips
Place cooked beans and corn above cheese.
Spread Mayonnaise or ranch evenly on top of the beans and corn.
Stir in the chopped bell peppers, tomatoes and jalapenos as the next layer. Add the remaining black beans and corn to the pan.
Now, spread the remaining cheese and pour the mayonnaise evenly covering the veggies.
Arrange the sliced olives on top of the vegetables.
Bake the nachos for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted. Sprinkle spring onions on top of the nachos.
