To begin making One Pot Pressure Cooker Chicken Curry Recipe, place a pressure cooker on medium flame.
Add one teaspoon coconut oil or regular cooking oil and allow it to heat.
Now add some curry leaves, chopped ginger, garlic and saute for a couple of minutes.
Add in the chopped onions and cook until soft and translucent.
Once the onions have softened, add in the chopped tomatoes and turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix well.
Finally mix in the chunks of chicken, salt to taste and water. Pressure cook the chicken curry for 3-4 whistles and turn off flame.
Wait for the pressure to release naturally and transfer the chicken curry to a serving bowl and serve hot.
