Boil and drain the noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Wash in cold water and pour 1 teaspoon of oil, mix well and keep aside.
Put all the dressing ingredients in a mixer and mix well. You can also do this using a hand blender.
Now gently mix boiled noodles, carrots, cucumbers, basil leaves and salad dressing till all the noodles are coated with the dressing.
