To begin making this Sweet And Spicy Tofu Salad With Beetroot, we will first steam the beetroots in a steamer. Cut the beets to desired sizes and place it in a steamer. Steam until cooked well.
Once the beets are steamed, set them aside to cool completely.
In a salad mixing bowl combine the onions, tomatoes, the steamed beets and green chillies and keep this aside.

Mix the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup(or honey) and soy sauce in a small bowl and whisk together.
