To begin making the Spicy Potato Wraps recipe, par boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker for one whistle.
Once the potatoes are cooked, peal the skin, cut it into cubes and keep aside.
Now take a small bowl and mix all the ingredients listed in the red bell pepper yoghurt dressing table and keep aside.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, add the dry herbs and potato cubes and give it a good toss.
Season with salt and let it cook on low heat until the potatoes turn golden brown. This will take around 10 minutes.
