  • 1 cup Kabuli Chana (White Chickpeas) , soaked overnight and cooked al dente
  • 1 Onion , chopped
  • 1 Carrot , grated
  • 2 Green Chillies , chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar , powdered
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt , to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind Paste
  • 4 tablespoons Coriander leaves (Dhania) , chopped
