To begin making the Vegetarian Tandoori Kebab Recipe, combine all the marinade ingredients into a bowl and stir well to combine.
Add in the main vegetable ingredients, the mushrooms, onions,capsicums, yam, zucchini and potatoes together in a bowl and coat them well with tandoori marinade.
Cover and allow the vegetables to marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. After couple of hours of marination, insert the vegetables into wooden skewers and arrange them on grill rack of the oven or on a stove top grill. Soak the vegetable skewers in cold water for half an hour before using them.
Grill the Tandoori Kebabs on high for around 20 mins.Keep turning sides of it in between 2-3 times to grill them evenly. By the end of the cooking the vegetables should have nice brown char spots on them.
Transfer the Vegetarian Tandoori Kebabs onto a serving plate and serve hot.
