The fryums are cut into half, forming a boat-like shape. To begin making the Boti Masala Chaat Recipe, cut the botis/ fryums into half horizontally, making sure you get boat shaped like botis.
In a mixing bowl combine, chopped onions and grated carrots, lemon juice and salt and mix well. Set aside.
