Breakfast being the important meal of the day, a lot of care has to go into deciding what goes into your plate. It is the first dish that kick starts your day with a happy start which is why it is important to plan what you eat.

In Today's meal plate we have added shavige that is made differently by using a foxtail millet vermicelli and tossed in with freshly ground mint masala. Shavige is the easiest to prepare and you can also pack them for your evening snack as well. The savoury vermicelli pudding is then relished along with two different chutneys that are favourite among the South Indians. One is the all time favourite coconut chutney and the other one is a sweet and tangy tomato and onion chutney.
