Here's a delicious wholesome Portion Control Meal Plate which includes Rajasthani Style Sukhe Gatte Capsicum Ki Sabzi, Rajasthani Kadhi, Gobi Biryani, Beetroot, Carrot & Cucumber Salad with Peanuts and Phulka. 

In this meal plate, we have two delicious dishes from Rajasthan, Rajasthani Kadhi and Rajasthani Style Sukhe Gatte Capsicum Ki Sabzi. Kadhi is good to eat in summers, as it is made of yogurt. Yogurt helps in digestion and also keeps our body cool. 

With these two mouth watering dishes, we have served a small portion of Gobi Biryani, two Phulkas and tasty Carrot & Cucumber Salad with Peanuts salad. The salad adds extra nutrition in the meal and also keeps you filling.

Tips For Portion Control: You can always reduce the number of rotis or amount of rice according to your diet. You can skip the phulkas completely and increase the amount of your salad and include a bowl of curd  to make this meal more nutritious and filling.
