How to make Raw Papitha No Sambharo Recipe
To begin making the Papitha No Sambharo, first prep all the ingredients and keep them ready.
Heal oil in a pan over medium heat; add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow them to crackle. Add the hing, green chillies, turmeric and the raw grated papaya along with salt.
Stir fry until the papaya softens just a bit. Once done, turn off the heat and transfer the papitha nu sambharo to a bowl and serve.
