To begin making the Masala Cornflakes Chicken recipe, marinate the chicken in a mixing bowl along with
red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, gjnger garlic paste, coriander leaves, and salt to taste. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and allow it to heat.
Once the oil is hot, take each piece of chicken, dip in egg and then roll in cornflakes mixture.
Gradually lower the chicken pices in the hot oil and deep fry till golden brown.
Take them out a tissue paper so that it absorbs the excess oil.
