To begin making the Foxtail Millet Vermicelli Upma Recipe, place a skillet over medium heat.
Add oil, sprinkle mustard seeds, cumin seeds and allow it splutter for few seconds.
Add curry leaves and allow it to crackle. Add peanuts and fry them until they turn light brown.
Add sliced onions and saute until they turn translucent. Add sambar powder, salt and turmeric powder.
