7. Bhut Jolokia Sauce
Also known as Ghost pepper is said to be the spiciest chilies on the planet. It is cultivated in the Northeast Indian states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland and Manipur.
It is used both while its fresh and dried. It is popularly used in combination with pork or dried or fermented fish in North Eastern states.
Brands like Pico and Sprig sell this Bhut Jolokia sauce, by adding ingredients that bring down its heat.

Sriracha sauce is a sweet chilli sauce where one of the main ingredients along with chillies is also some amount of sugar. It has a thick tomato ketchup like consistency. It gets its name from the coastal city of Si Racha, in Chonburi Province of eastern Thailand. The Real Thai version is a lot sweeter and thinner than Huy Fong Foods sauce.
