Sunday

Bake a few snacks during the weekend and store to pack it to school or serve as after school snack. Make sure you have the ingredients required to make the pasta, make tomato puree and stock in a freezer to use it whenever required. You can also boil the pasta and refrigerate if you don’t find enough time in the morning.

Monday

Make sure you have the spring roll wrappers if not buy them and stock, clean and chop veggies, also make the stuffing and keep it in the fridge. Quickly make a few in the morning and pack. Make a dash of ladoos and store them in airtight to use them quickly when required. Make stuffing and also stock with corn flour tortillas to make Frankie and pack them quickly. Make the mint chutney and refrigerate.

Tuesday

Masala sandwich is easy to make, so make the masala stuffing and keep it the fridge so that you can easily use it whenever required. All you have to do in the morning is make the sandwich, grill, and pack. Make the puri dough and keep or you can make it fresh and roll a few puri’s quickly in the morning.  Soak and boil the chana and refrigerate and also keep the rest of the ingredients ready for the sabzi like masalas and spices.

Wednesday

Make a few healthy crackers and store them in airtight to use them as snack or tea time ideas. Chop veggies have the sauces required for fried rice. All you have to do in the morning is boil rice and season. Make the tofu in spicy sauce and refrigerate so that you can pack it next day in the morning quickly.

Thursday

Make the Rava idli batter and keep it in the fridge. Do not add the Eno fruit salt, add it in the morning when ready to steam. Make coconut chutney and refrigerate. Kadhi is a delicious yogurt curry, make the gattas and also you can make the kadhi and refrigerate. Boil rice and pack in the morning. Make a dash of cookies and cupcakes during the weekend and store them in airtight to use them quickly and pack.
