Store in deep freezer for a longer shelf life. This masala can be stored and used for more than a month even under no refrigeration.

  • 1 teaspoon Kalonji (Onion Nigella Seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin (Jeera) seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
  • 4 Dry red chillies

How to make Achari Masala Recipe

  1. To begin making the Achari Masala Recipe, we will dry roast all the ingredients over a flat skillet.

  2. After dry roasting the spices, grind the entire mixture in a grinder to a smooth powder.

  3. Transfer Achari Masala Recipe in an airtight container for a later use. This can stay good for at least a month.
