To begin making the Achari Amla Mirchi Ki Sabzi Recipe, heat a pressure cooker with oil, add amla and green chilli along with all the masala including achari masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt except the jaggery.
Add about 1/4 cup of water and pressure cook for 2 whistle and switch it off. Allow the pressure to release naturally.
Open the lid and keep the pressure cooker back on the stove. Add jaggery and keep cooking until Amla Mirchi Ki Sabzi dries up. Once done turn off the heat.
