To begin making Andhra Style Mamidikaya Nuvvula Pachadi, wash the mangoes and chop it roughly into small pieces.
In a kadai, dry roast the sesame/til, till fragrant and slightly brown. Let it cool.
Meanwhile heat a tadka pan with a bit of oil for tempering. Add mustard seeds, allow them to crackle, then add cumin seeds, allow them to sizzle, add dry red chillies, curry leaves immediately, saute for a few more seconds and switch off heat. Keep this aside.
In a mixer jar, add the raw mango pieces, sesame seeds, asafoetida, green chillies and salt and blend Mamidikaya Nuvvula Pachadi till smooth, and take it out in a serving bowl.
Add the tempering to to the Mamidikaya Nuvvula Pachadi Recipe and lightly mix. Check the salt and adjust the taste accordingly.
