  • 1 Avocado , sliced vertically (whole ripe)
  • 4 Sourdough bread , or your favourite bread
  • 3 Fresh Figs , quartered and sliced
  • 50 grams Feta Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • Olive Oil , as needed
  • Basil leaves , Few

How to make Avocado On Toast With Fresh Figs And Balsamic Reduction

  1. To begin with Avocado on Toast with Fresh Figs and Balsamic Reduction, combine balsamic vinegar and honey in a saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil, simmer and let it reduce to half its quantity. Let it cool down.
