1 Onion, sliced

1 Thai Red chilli (Birds Eye Chilli), chopped

2 Garlic, finely chopped

10 Button mushrooms, chopped

1/2 tablespoon Black pepper powder

Salt, to taste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 sprigs Basil leaves, chopped

3 sprigs Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, chopped

1 tablespoon Dry mix herbs

8 Sourdough bread, thickly cut (or crusty white bread)

To begin making the Basil And Mushroom Toast With Thai Red Chilli recipe, heat a pan and add oil.

Add onion, thai red chillies and garlic. Saute them till the onion turns golden brown in colour

Add mushroom and mix well. Add black pepper powder, salt and saute it for 2 minutes.

Now add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add fresh basil and coriander.

Now add dry mixed herbs and let the mixture cook for one more minute. Mix everything and the mushroom mixture is ready.

On other hand, grill bread slices with olive oil on a grill pan.
