Summers are here with the scorching sun upon us with full strength. The heat apart from being uncomfortable, can also be draining and deplete us of our energy.
It is extremely important to stay hydrated in this weather and make sure to keep sipping liquids frequently. Water is the simplest, quickest and the easiest way to hydrate our bodies, but it can get a little boring sometimes. Especially when it comes to the kids, it can be an uphill task to get them to drink enough water. This is when juices can come in handy.
Not just for the kids, but for adults alike. Fresh fruit juices can be both refreshing and tasty on a hot summer afternoon, hydrating and also providing vitamins at the same time. Also, who can deny the appetising colours when it comes to juices.
Juices are a great substitute for water, but smoothies and shakes can also be a sight of relief when the sun is almost killing us. The cold lassis and smoothies are not only super delicious and filling, but can also boost our energy levels in no time at all.
